LG has recently announced the launch of LG KM501 triband GSM network ready Slide-up style music phone which features a large 2.0-inch 262K colors color display, 2.0 MP digital camera, powerful MP3 and media player, integrated FM Radio with recording facility, memory expansion card slot and option for Hindi language in SMS and system menu.
The new LG KM501 Slide mobile phone is a triband GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 MHz handset which featrues 2.0-inch, 262,144 colors, 240 x 320 pixels resolution QVGA display in slide-up style design.
The new LG KM501mobile phone also features a unique scratch-proof display screen and it boasts of capacity of continuous 29 hours of music playback.

6. Enter you name and two alternate mobile numbers
If by chance, LG KM501 mobile phone handset gets stolen and the SIM is removed after having activated a new SIM card in the same handset, the two alternate mobile numbers a user had entered while setting up the anti-theft feature would automatically receive the SMS informing about the new SIM number and the location of the theft.
